sendMessage(text, options)
发送消息到企业微信群。
参数:
text (string): 消息内容options (object): 可选配置markdown (boolean): 是否使用 Markdown 格式
- chatid (string): 目标群聊 ID
- mentioned_list (array): 需要@的用户列表返回:

注意事项
1. 需要企业微信管理员权限获取 Webhook Key 2. 每个 Webhook 有发送频率限制（通常 20 条/分钟） 3. 消息内容不能超过 2048 字节
