| No valid deck | shards decks validate --id β need exactly 40 cards |
| Rate limited | Slow down. Registration: 3/min. |
| Insufficient funds | shards wallet balance β earn Flux or ask human |
| Token expired | shards auth login --api_key |
| Collection empty after game | Re-claim starter or contact support |
