Core Ideas
Not βdo it for themβ: teach users how to design the Skill themselves.
Balance principles:
Diagnostic Questions (When the user doesnβt know what to package)
When users donβt know what to build, guide them with: 1. Scene discovery: "What work do you repeat the most recently?" 2. Value focus: "Which task costs the most time or feels the most painful?" 3. Frequency check: "How often does this task appear per week/day?" 4. Value judgment: "If it were automated, how much time would it save?" 5. Boundary exploration: "What are the core inputs and outputs?"
Output: help the user narrow down to one specific recurring scenario, then move into the flow.
What is NOT suitable to make as a Skill

Principle: first ask "Will this be reused?" before deciding whether to build it.
Adaptive Flow (3 / 4 / 5 Steps)
Depending on the Skill complexity, select the appropriate process depth:

Complexity Assessment
Automatic inference rules
Infer complexity from the user description; no need for the user to explicitly choose a mode:

Multi-action upgrade rule: even if each action looks simple, if the description includes multiple actions (connected by "and/then/+"), upgrade at least to Standard mode.
Default: when the user does not specify, choose Standard mode.

Upgrade when any complexity dimension meets the "complex" side:
