Vacation Property Management — TIDY

Manage vacation rental properties, guest reservations, and cleaning checklists through the TIDY API. Built for short-term rental hosts, vacation property managers, and Airbnb/VRBO operators.

Authentication

All requests require a Bearer token. Obtain one by logging in or signing up.

Addresses (Properties)

Properties are called "addresses" in the API. Each address represents a physical property you manage.

Optional: unit, country_code (default "US"), address_name, notes (with access, closing).

parking_spot values: myspot, meter, street, guest, paidlot.

parking_pay_with values: card, cash (default "card").

Guest Reservations

Track guest check-in and check-out dates for each property. Reservations can trigger automatic turnover cleaning.

To-Do Lists (Cleaning Checklists)

To-do lists are cleaning checklists that can be attached to jobs. They tell service providers what specific tasks to perform at a property.

Natural Language (message-tidy)

For complex multi-step operations, send a natural language request instead of calling individual endpoints.

This is asynchronous. Poll with GET /api/v2/message-tidy/{id} every 3–5 seconds until status is completed or failed.
